Guides to entering, reviewing, coding and safely sending supplier bills.

Use Bills to prepare supplier invoices as drafts, check their coding and send them to Reckon Accounts Hosted when connected. A draft is not a Reckon transaction. Choose the correct company and company file before working; the controls you see depend on your access and connection.
- Enter a bill or review an extracted PDF — the full single-bill workflow, required fields, supplier selection and draft versus push.
- Code bill expenses and GST — split lines, tax codes, classes and remembered supplier coding.
- Set a bill due date — manual dates, five calculated terms and worked calendar examples.
- Review a multi-page PDF — adjust page groups, preview, re-extract and save or push segments.
- Bulk upload bill PDFs — file requirements, queue, errors and review.
- Find, preview and edit bills in history — search, status, sorting, source documents and saved edits.
- Bulk edit bills — safe selected-bill coding and partial failures.
- Push bills and resolve duplicates — duplicate checks, unknown outcomes, repush copies and deletion.
- Manage Bill Settings — stored supplier overrides and the restricted notification setting.
- Email bills — how to find the file-specific address and review imports; see the complete email intake guide.
- Use supplier rules — rule application and where to manage rules; see rules.
For access and first-time setup, see getting started, permissions and Reckon troubleshooting. Other workflows: Bank Feeds and Receipts. These guides describe the current app, not an automatic payment service: pushing a bill records it in Reckon; it does not pay the supplier.
